Xiaomeng (Crystal) Chang from China is a third-year Rotman Commerce student at the University of Toronto. She has been into voluntary service for nearly 6 years both at home and abroad, devoted largely to voluntary programs and assisting in activity implementation as a leader of the student union. She organized more than 15 school events in high school, including workshops, conferences, celebrations, and various academic or professional projects. At Rotman Commerce, she continues actively participating in various extracurricular activities, such as the E-Mentor program at Woodsworth College and the event department of Rotman Commerce Law Association.

She is interested in public speaking about intercultural and international topics, with a desire to participate in global events. Also, five previous exchange programs in different countries and the participants in the seminar of international affairs provide her with a pluralistic perspective of the world. She participated in the 2017 Summer Youth Assembly at the UN, hoping to engage in creating a better future for all and spend her life doing her part to make some changes. He primary SDGs are Quality Education, Reduced Inequality, Zero Hunger.
