Providing Sustained Support and Platform for Youth Impact

AFS Youth Assemblies bring together young people to build global understanding and take action on shared challenges. Many alumni leave the Assembly with strong motivation but face real gaps in the skills or networks needed to turn that motivation into lasting impact. This mentoring program directly supports the Youth Assembly mission by helping alumni convert their experience into concrete leadership, career, and civic outcomes. It also strengthens the Alumni Impact Network by connecting experienced professionals to the alumni pipeline.

Through the mentorship program, AFS Youth Assembly is able to actively support and contribute to the development of action projects on the ground and worldwide.
