Favour Ori is a 21-year old software engineer and entrepreneur from Abia State, Nigeria.
He is the Founder of FavCode54 ― a non-profit Tech Company on a mission to equip the next generation of Africans with the knowledge and resources to become experts in software development.
Favcode started as a burning passion of Favour Ori to train and teach people how to code, and to be able to connect them with the right tech jobs in Africa. The end goal is to equip people with the tech skills they need to succeed in Africa’s tech space, and also to gear their talents towards something productive like making Africa a huge tech hub.
Favcode current has 5000+ active students, and we are expanding every day. Students take classes in our online portal with access to quality learning resources & materials to keep the learning process seamless.
FavCode54 does not require people to know programming or to have a degree. We turn them into the geniuses that tech companies are looking for. Our students get paired with qualified mentors and trainers.
Some mentors are graduates / current students of IVY league schools like Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and have worked with Technology companies like Facebook, Google, Apple, IBM, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. The goal is to spread tech in Africa and to be future-ready!
