Alumni Impact Network Annual Report

The year 2025 served as the foundational launchpad for the AFS Youth Assembly Alumni Impact Network, whose mission is to foster action and impact on the ground.

Our 2025 Impact Report demonstrates that when young leaders are provided with structure and support, they can effectively solve complex global challenges. Behind their success is the deeply personal and holistic mentorship provided by our Impact Coordinators, who guided our alumni to overcome both systemic barriers and personal hurdles. This Impact Report underscores our commitment to strengthening youth leadership that is empowering, accountable, innovative, globally aligned, and dares to make a positive difference.
