Our 2025 Impact Report demonstrates that when young leaders are provided with structure and support, they can effectively solve complex global challenges. Behind their success is the deeply personal and holistic mentorship provided by our Impact Coordinators, who guided our alumni to overcome both systemic barriers and personal hurdles.
