Hugo Enrique Osorio (Colombia) holds a BA Honours degree in Politics & International Relations and a master’s in international law from the UK. He began his work in London representing the needs of the Latin American migrant population in various social platforms. Hugo leads two organizations focused on education and social entrepreneurship in Colombia. He has worked for several institutions including the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia as a youth advisor. He has been recognized as one of the 30 young leaders in the country changing politics having carried out over 250 conferences and workshops aimed at supporting young leadership.
