How to apply?

Fill out the group application form below and submit payment for at least 5 members;
AFS team will review it and notify the group leader via email within 7 business days about their application status;
If accepted, the group leader will receive instructions on how their delegates should submit their individual registrations to be reviewed by our team. In case one or more group members applying do not meet our eligibility criteria, the delegation leader will be requested to indicate a replacement or a refund will be issued.

Payment

To complete your group application, you are required to submit an application fee calculated based on how many delegates are part of your group. In case you have selected one of the Youth Assembly Academies, an additional payment will be required upon acceptance (fees vary according to the chosen program).
