As the lead of volunteer development in AFS Intercultural Programs, Manuela plays a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of over 50,000 volunteers worldwide. Passionate about human development and cross-cultural collaboration, and with a background in Communications and Management, she is helping create an empowering environment where volunteers can grow and leave a lasting impact in their communities.
