Rimsha Rehan is a passionate youth activist, environmentalist, and a social entrepreneur who is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Pakistan.

Her journey of entrepreneurship started at a young age as she started a family business with her mother, which led to instilling values of leadership and impact within her. To pursue her passion for access to education, she initiated projects to teach science in multiple shelters and orphanage around her community.

Moreover, her pursuit to promote equal rights for all have led her to create her own platform, Dhanak, which shares the experiences of minorities in Pakistan through videos, journals, and community gatherings.

As an environmentalist, she initiated Ivy Green Club and grew it to one of the largest student-run NGOs in Pakistan which have led to the plantation of thousands of trees and dozens of environmental cleaning efforts. Moreover, she drew from her innovative mindset to create more sustainable water filtration devices and successfully led campaign for the removal of plastic bottles in a number of schools in her community.

Moreover, she has served as the director of Bondeshams, which created solar water pumps that  provided water to thousands of individuals across the world. As a director, she recruited funds, volunteers and handled the social media of the organization. Lastly, she served as an ambassador for UNICEF through her efforts in promoting equal education access.

As an ambassador, she aspires to show the most promising image of Pakistan and to play a significant role in leading sustainable development in Pakistan.
